Aslahan Contract for Performance

This contract outlines the agreement between the performer Aslahan, and <client name> (the client).

Agreed upon:
<signature>
<date>

Other notes:
Aslahan requests that a space for parking be provided close to the venue, if possible. If not possible (for example, only street parking is available and not under the client's control), information to assist in finding parking is appreciated.

Aslahan recommends you consider the following:

Lighting
It is best if the stage/dance area is brightly lit; this focuses the attention of the audience and creates a more engaging show.

Sound volume
Obviously the volume should not be too loud, but loud enough; quieter music fails to engage the audience and makes for a less exciting show. Consider that between finger cymbals and clapping, laughing guests, the music may need to be louder than you think.

Dance space
If possible, a designated area for the performance, even if it is a few feet square, allows for a focal point that engages the audience's attention. Aslahan does typically also spend some time dancing among the audience, and will encourage them to get up and dance during her final number if so requested.

Entrance
You may wish to consider the path Aslahan will take from her changing/waiting area to the performance space.
Announcing the show is not required, but it does add a level of excitement; something like "Ladies and gentleman, please welcome Aslahan."
